What are the dates and location of the Conference?
The conference runs from September 8 – 10, a Sunday night reception, Monday classes and Monday night reception, Tuesday classes. You will enjoy the facilities, food, and relaxation provided by the Hilton North Scottsdale Cavasson.
Who should attend?
Independent dealers of all types from all across the country attend our conference. Our education is geared toward owners and top decision makers.
Can I bring friends and family?
Absolutely. We designed this conference as a weekend getaway for you, your family and friends. You can also purchase spouse and friend tickets so that they may join you at the Sunday night and Monday night receptions.
Can I register for the conference if I am an associate member (vendor)?
Associate members can only attend through their vendor expo registration and/or sponsorship.
Is there a cancellation policy?
As long as you let us know by August 15th we will provide a full refund. After that date, we can offer credit toward other AIADA events.

How much does it cost to register?
Dealer registration is $149 per registrant. If you are an earlybird registrant, you will be automatically entered into a cash drawing.
Are there special rates for the resort?
Yes, there are special rates for conference attendees, at only $169 per night. You can enjoy the same special rates an 2 days before and/or after the conference attached to your conference stay. To register for your stay, click here.
Can I attend from another state?
Of course. The entire conference is equally suited for dealers inside and outside Arizona.
Should I attend if I’m a franchise dealer?
Yes, if you have a significant pre-owned operation and you’re looking for to learn best practices related to finance, you will find the best and the brightest business talent at our conference.
What is the suggested attire?
We suggest you wear Arizona’s version of business casual attire most of the time. If you plan to attend the Awards Reception on Sunday and Monday night, it’s a little dressy; a jacket for the men and that dress you never get to wear for the ladies.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Of course. We will miss you but know that things can come up. Just let us know asap so we can make sure to make the changes on our end to ensure our new attendee is made to feel welcome.

We believe that education holds your key to success and we take that desire very seriously. We have lined up some of the best talent in that nation to teach you all they know whether you are a big or small dealer, cash only or BHPH.
